DAO OSEAN YACHTING LIMITED is a yacht-charter agency and member of OSEAN DAO LLC, having its registered office in Nicosia, Cyprus.

OSEAN DAO LLC is a limited liability company registered in the Republic of the Marshall Islands under the 2022 DAO Act. OSEAN Yacht Charter operates as a for-profit entity governed and managed by its members through the DAO governance framework.

We are not just a yacht-charter agency — we are also yacht owners and operators. Our mission is to help sailors avoid bad actors and enhance their on-board experience. We have built this platform with fast ticketing, member forums, a dedicated hotline, and over 10 years of hands-on experience to create a practical hub of information, support, and fair value.

OSEAN DAO & Governance

OSEAN DAO LLC is governed by governance NFTs. The holders of these digital assets have the ability to vote for decissions, propose and contribute shaping the future of our company. The more NFTs someone holds the more voting power and share has in the DAO.

The NFT

The DAO is conducting a legal NFT token sale to tokenize equity, with the purpose of investing in yachting industry. The NFTs can be purchased through our minting platform and marketplace. It is important to highlight that buyers must hold OSEAN tokens in order to participate in the NFT sale. There is a total of 300 NFTs available but note that the DAO can increase that number in the future through a vote.
